The institute has qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty committed to impart quality education to the students. The team is headed by Dr. Arjan Singh who stands class apart in his field. Dr.Arjan Singh obtained his Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering in 1981 from Punjab University, Chandigarh. He has served at Mechanical Engg. Dept. at Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh.He took up teaching assignments in Al-Fateh University, Tripoli, Libya and worked in close collaboration with experts from France, Spain, Russia and Czech Republic. Once back home, he was instrumental in shaping the Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College, Fatehgarh Sahib that was in its infancy then, as Vice Principal, Professor & Head of Mechanical Engg. Dept. He is mainly responsible for bringing Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College to the status that it enjoys today.
